Dr. Kylie is a strong advocate for active rehabilitation. Her background in weightlifting and deep understanding of exercise science empower her to guide others towards conquering movement limitations. But her approach goes beyond the physical. Dr. Kylie has a deep passion for mental health and understands the significant impact it has on athletic performance. She is skilled in helping athletes overcome mental blocks and return to sport safely with full confidence.
Outside the clinic, you'll find Dr. Kylie either pumping iron at the gym, playing with her Aussie companion, Roxie, or conquering a new adventure!
